First the woman introducting the talk should learn how to correctly pronounce Firelei's name. Second the woman describing Firelei's artwork as a "portrait" might want to preface "traditional portraiture" with traditional portraiture from a western-European perspective. The abstraction that she keeps referring to in parts of the painting is actually in the style of/references West Afrikan batik techniques. The batik portion in the face is meant to be/represent the figure's face behind a mask.

Can't believe they keep interviewing this guy who is a terrible painter and knows almost nothing about art history and what it takes to do good painting. When I see such persons accept all the attention and accolades while knowing in their "heart of hearts" that they are charlatans, we know that they have no shame. Anyway, we already know his paintings cannot get any better because people reach their limits, and that's that.

There is an informative book on museum exhibition design from the eyes of a famed SF bay area museum exhibition designer with decades of experience in planning and designing museum exhibitions. The book is available at Fine Arts Press. The book should be of interest to anyone working in or interested in museum exhibition design, as well as residential design in regards to fine art installation.

So incredible! I saw one of Page White's sculptures in the gallery space of the San Jose Museum of Art last year and it was mezmerizing. Each time a person entered or left the gallery where it hung you could see a subtle shimmer inresponse moving through the sculpture. And when people were passing through the main door the exchange of air, change in the relative air pressure therefrom created would illicit a more substantial response to register in both the sculpture and each observers own delight as they followed along wherever each atmospheric repression might lead. I really would love to own one of Pae White's sculptures, have it in my own home because they are as close to a living organism as I've ever observed any work of art and creation to be... including my own, wahn 🎺wahn🎺 waahn 🎺😉🌌🌬️🍃🔮🚪🎐⚛️♾️🤯 🤩

Can you make more holes on it or does it have to be a 4 hole ocarina?

    • @TommyViper

I wouldn't think so, but it probably also depends on the size and shape of the ocarina as well as the size of the holes.

01:00 You CAN create/replicate "primary" color if you subtract the color correctly. This can be done if you mix the right combination for true colors. To achieve blue, simply mix Magenta and Cyan; Red, mix Magenta and Yellow,; And Yellow, mix Red and Green.

Wonderful video! Thanks to the author of the channel for a very fascinating tour! When visiting another city or country, every educated person must visit a museum. Visiting museums is very useful and fascinating. A love for the "eternal" and "beautiful" is awakened in a person, the beginnings of greatness and respect for history are inculcated. It is impossible to turn the excursion into something banal, ordinary and boring. The person should be a comprehensively developed person, cultured, educated, critically and analytically thinking, with knowledge of foreign languages. It is the knowledge of a foreign language that opens wide prospects for a person to realize his/her creative potential, career and financial growth. I would like to recommend the practical training course by Yuriy Ivantsiv "Polyglot Notes. Practical tips for learning foreign language", where you can find lots of useful information how to learn a foreign language quickly. Learn a foreign language and realize your creative potential on an international scale! The international community needs creative ideas!
